The university provides a Book Voucher process to qualifying students.  To qualify the student must have been awarded financial aid, accepted the award, completed Loan Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note and have credit after tuition is considered.  A voucher form is can be found at on the 'Graduate and Adult Education' tab in the Student Financial Services channel.  Please also review the Bookstore Voucher Process directly above the Bookstore Voucher Request From for more information. The form is required for each academic term and requires approval by the financial aid office.

Book Vouchers will be accepted no earlier than three weeks prior to the start of the term and through the first week of each academic term (or first week of the module the student begins class) so charges are included in the assessment of credit refunds. After the first week, vouchers will not be processed.
